With resistance welding technology, RAMA Cu‑Al connection pipe is tested & approved by State Key Laboratory of CONNECTING TECHNIC CENTER of HARBIN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY. Our Cu‑Al connection pipe performs very well during the test of Pull Off, Pressure and Bending, Burst Pressure ≥13 MPa.
When ID ≤3.2mm in size of Ø6.35 air conditioner pipe set, block phenomenon may occur. RAMA adopts Pipe End Expansion technology to ensure ID ≥3.3mm, meeting requirements and avoiding block phenomenon.
Hot Melt Adhesive Sleeve (exclusive tech) at the weld point adheres the RAMA Air conditioner tube and Cu‑Al connection pipe tightly, isolating moisture and preventing corrosion completely.
The Cu‑Al connection pipe is protected by RAMA Air conditioner tube (heat shrink tubing special for RAMA Cu‑Al connection pipe), halogen free, anti‑corrosion, flame‑retardant and environment friendly material, building dual protection when working along with Hot Melt Adhesive Sleeve.
